Oh Shi*

The middle of the play, and by middle i mean between 2, 3, and 4, is where the meat of the play it. this is where all of the crazy conflicts stat happening , and where the metaphorical shizz hits the fan. I mean, Hedda has something going on with 3 men, and Lovborg's book is actually his baby with Mrs. Elvsted, who ran away from her husband, and Hedda used to threaten to burn her Elvsted's hair, it was all too crazy. this is like some soap opera on crack, i cant handle it. It almost seems like every sopa opera plot has been torn directly out of this play.

I have to say though, i have started to enjoy reading this book. I guess that the first little bit was the bad part, because i ahve been pulled into thie book and i am starting to really look forward to reading this

it does remind me of a soap opera, in the sense that the characters are overly dramatic..
but other than that,
this play does NOT compare.
i mean..maybe for its time period..
but not for now.
now people catch diseases & get pregnant without knowing who the baby's daddy is..
just look at Degrassi. now THAT'S some crazy stuff.
and it's just a TEEN "soap."

i see you point, but i still have to say that this is a common layout in soap operas, and thus a template for saop operas nowaday. there is a loveless marraige, a love coming in from the past, the ominous character-Brack-, and a death at the end, you have to see the comparison. and what is degrassi

true @ the basic layout of a soap opera.

Degrassi is a cable show on The-N.
it's just this show dealing with teen issues..
everything happens on that show.
it's still on air.
but it's pretty much going down the drain now though.

i like how you wrote this blog as if you just read the book, which is sort of a double-edged sword. 1. you are lying which shows that you just now started blogging or 2. you did just read the book which also makes you look like a procrastinator. nice blog, though. it reminds me of this one episode of OLTL, or one life to live. i love my soaps

yeah, i did start blogging late, but now that i have started i am having some fun writing my thoughts and making people read them. also i think that all soap operas are raw, for the crap acting, hot girls, and hilarious plot twists

Love the 3-way conversation going on, kinda reminds me of Brack!!!!! (Get it?)

Well yeah, very soapopear-ish and very nice blog. I can name more than 20 soaps in spanish that have a little bit of Hedda in them!!!
